Then you have to make sure that the included PSU will be strong enough for the GPU, one of my friend did that.

He got a prebuild machine he thought was good, realized he needed a better GPU, installed it, then the computer was having shutdown issues... as it was drawing too much power from the PSU, so he got a new PSU.... so he ended up paying more than a custom build (that was my suggestion)
