sony z3 charging problems

so recently my z3 has been giving me notifications that the device is not getting enough power to charge and is also losing battery percentage even though its charging from a wall outlet and i have the same thing when using my battery bank. ive never had this problem but recently its been popping up

Have you tried using a different cable?

I edit my posts a lot.
