No idea what your budget is. But I recommend Intel CPU over AMD due to better single threaded performance which is essential in resource heavy games.

(only applies at 1080p)
the 1080 is roughly 25% bottlencked (can i say this ?) and since your cpu is slightly better than the i5 (singlecore) and the rx480 has at max 45-55% the performace of a gtx 1080, you should be fine i guess and even have a light headroom before bottleneck. 

but this are just my thoughts...
