Laptop for CS:GO

I'm looking to get a laptop, both for general use and CS. Other games will be played on it but CS is my piority. I sometimes go away for a few days and leave my desktop and I don't want to skip any practice time that I have set for myself. 

 

I want the cheapest laptop that can run CS:GO at the average 80-100+ range without dropping below 60 at any time. I run with all settings maxed out, no AA and at 1440x1080 black bars. 

 

I dont one really care about the physical aspects as long as it has a 1080p screen.
