Those are two completely different tiers of cards. The Titan X is much, much, much  better than the GTX 960.

Dont get the 960 since its not good or valuable anymore get an r9 380 from AMD if the price is the same or a little bit higher

The 380 is a much better graphics card, the RX 480 even better. You can run Intel and AMD together, no worries.

RX 480 or GTX 1070 are both good cards depending on your budget, and what is available. The RX 480 is completely out of stock where I live.

 

However, the R9 380 is very good value now that retailers are dropping the price through the floor.

 

All will work fine in a system with an Intel CPU.

Don't get a 960 - it's utter shit under DX12 and Vulkan. The R9 380 4GB outperforms it by 15% in DX11 and over 30% in DX12/Vulkan. 960 is a waste of money and only for dumb fanboys.
