Help building computer!

Hi! 

So I would like to know if there is someone that can help me.
I want to build a computer but I don't know which specs should I choose.
I would like to run most of the recent and upcoming games in the max graphics.

I do not want to run games in 4K. Only 1440p and 1080p.

I will buy the HTC Vive so I also want a computer that runs VR.

My limit is around £1500 for the PC.
And then I'm planning to buy: (Not included in the £1500 budget)
Headset - HyperX Cloud II (£70)

Mouse - Razer DeathAdder Chroma (£60)

Keyboard - Razer BlackWidow Chroma (£140)

If you have any like good headset or mouse or keyboard that is better from the products I mentioned and it's cheaper. Tell me your opinion.
