Cheap 100s like notebook

Hi guys, I am lloking for something really cheap, just to write texts at the university and Internet browsing, I am really not a fan of portables devices, so I dont want to spend much.

I am looking for something like the Lenovo 100S, but with 4GB and 64GB, instead of 2GB and 32GB, any ideas? 

 

PS: Also want it to be small like the 100s, so around 11".

Willing to go used? Get a used dell e6420 or e6220 for about 200 bucks. Its faster and can be upgraded to 16gb.

 

New? If you want 4gb instead of 2gb your paying 100+ more for it. There are products like the the thinkpad 11e and the dell inspiron 3000 series, but your paying 300 for those specs.
