Ive been looking around for a while for tutorials but they're all old and not what i want. Could some one help me out for what im looking for?

i just built a pc with no OS and no disk drive. I want to get windows 7 (because i can get win10 for free right?). I have a extra laptop and a usb drive on hand also. And where do i buy windows? Is there a difference from buying it from Microsoft than cheaper on kinguin?

thanks!

guide http://www.howtogeek.com/224342/how-to-clean-install-windows-10/   also you can use a win7/8 key to install win 10 directly, much better way to go anyway, unfortunately not finding a good guide to set it up to dodge most of microsofts monitoring junk.... But buying from kinguin or the microsoft os subreddit are just fine.

linux, cause its secure, open-source, cheaper, beautiful, and the absolut bestest operating system. ;)

You forgot "completely foreign to anyone who has only used Windows" in your sales pitch there...
