Windows USB Made Using Mac

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I haven't installed Windows for 13 years or so this is new. All but 2 of my parts are here and I only have Macs at the moment. I'm wondering if I can make a USB Windows Installer on my Mac so I can install Win on PC?

If not how do I go about installing on new PC? I'm planning on getting a Win key from Kinguin or Reddit.

I would use BootCamp to install Windows on a partition of your Mac and then create the Windows installer for the USB

is there a way to used the window 10 install key for mac for a pc I am in the same problem have a wind 10 install drive that I use for mac now want to install it on my my new pc
