i think the pc wont do anything more. 2H shud  be enough even for a pc with less than an ssd. Restart ^^

Thankyou?? that solved it, is now displaying in screen.

So I turned my monitor off to let the Windows 10 upgrade run over night and when I turned it on it says no signal my MOBO says that all is well, any ideas? I already tried plugging the hdmi into my MOBO incase it was an issue with my gpu drivers with Windows 10 but still no signal. Is it safe to manually restart my PC because I have heard of situations where people restart there PC in wierd situations and break it.

can you hear your pc hdd working hard ?

It probably isn't under stress because the gpu and Psu fans arnt spinning, when they only spin when the PC gets hot enough. But the PC stayed cool all last night is it was updating so they didn't spin either.
