Looking for a cheap, silent keyboard

Hello all,

 

I will be going to university in 2 months after completing my bachelors degree. I'm going to a dorm room, and I'm looking for a cheap (€30) keyboard that is pretty quiet, since I don't want to disturb my roommates. Mechanical is a plus, however I'm not sure if I can get a decent one at this price. Any recommendations?

You also can't get any mechanical thats as quiet as a membrane keyboard. I recommend not going mechanical.

for €30, all you can get is membrane, take a look at the CoolerMaster Devastator or CM Storm Devastator (about the same thing)
