Hapened to me once. To fix it you need a Windows 7 install DVD or USB. Boot from it and open command prompt (i think it was Shift + F10) and ther type "bootrec.exe /FixMbr" without the quotes. It should say "The operation completed successfully" and you should be able to boot to Windows 7 after rebooting.
