What is the best ITX case?

So I am going to build an ITX build as I'm moving back to university and need something smaller.  So the LTT community I need your help!

What do you guys think is the best and what have you built in yourself?

I was thinking something like the Thermaltake Core V1

How do you define best? It depends on what you're after in a case. Smallest size? Room for a certain cooler or GPU?

I went with a Silverstone SG13 as one of the smallest size ones, but it is tight in there and limited in GPU space.

I recently built in the Fractal Node 202 and it was so well designed I managed to fit a complete CPU/GPU custom water cooled hard loop in it as well.

For me it would be something that allows me to build a good system in while still being portable. I don't want a console killer style case, just something small and easy to work with.

What is it like in terms of PSU? It seems like you need a slim one? Also is the clearance good for CPU coolers?

You need an SFX PSU (although they sell a version of the case both with and without a PSU). CPU cooler clearance is for stock coolers or low profile only. You can also only fit SSDs in there without some non-standard messing around.
