Right click on the task bar and click 'Properties' on there, click the box that says "Auto-hide the taskbar"

I don't want it to auto hide I want it to be true fullscreen because when I click on the other monitor it breaks it

(so only when i fullscreen video)

I could swear I remember seeing a setting somewhere about whether the task bar should be duplicated on all monitors, stretch across all monitors, or just be on one... if you find it, you want the latter :)

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

So you are trying to get it to be like the second picture? That's easy:

  1. Right click the task bar on the main display. Select "Properties".
  2. Select "Taskbar" on the tabs on the top.
  3. On the bottom of the window, uncheck "Show Taskbar on all Displays". You can't miss it, it's in a box labeled "Multiple Displays".

As far as I know (and I just tested it), the taskbar should automatically minimize in fullscreen mode under all circumstances, even when the taskbar is locked.
