and then dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth . Tell what happens.

Looks like it wants to load a webpage and Microsoft servers are busy, and fails.

Not to worry however, they are other ways to upgrade.

Go here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10

And click on "Download Tool Now" blue button. Once done, run it, and it will ask you if you want to upgrade this computer or another. Pick this computer (if that is the one you want to upgrade), and it will download Windows 10, and execute the upgrade process.

Just use the Windows media creation tool and do it manually. http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209

works much better most of the time as well. For step by step https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/

I am a paid professional, but only when I am at work...and getting paid.

Might be the reason why my windows 7 scanning for updates allready running for allmost 10 hours finding nothing.

Since the whole Windows10 fiasco came out, Windows 7 update is pretty much broken.

Searching for updates takes forever, hopefully this shit finaly stops after the 29th of July.

Actually that is a bug in Windows 7, and the fix was released a while back, soon after this problem showed up, but.. you need to get it... so you hav to wait.

To make the update process easier, Microsoft released Windows 7 SP2-like update, witch you can get it here:

That isn't the best idea since the media creation tool only seems to be able to upgrade English US versions of windows to windows 10 (I have video evidence).

For the most part that media creation tool can be used to create installation media either for a USB drive or a disc image, so I would suggest that as a last resort you use the tool to download the correct version of windows 10 in the correct language and either have that data on a USB drive or as a disc image that can be burned to an actual disc.
