Hi everyone.

So I tried to play GTA today and it just said that that it couldn't cloud sync and I had to play in offline mode. At first I thought it was just GTA, but now my Bitdefender won't update properly and neither will MalwareBytes. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with my internet as I'm still able to browse steam and the internet, I just can't get stuff to update or connect. Someone on the steam forums had the same issue but he just got troll responses so I thought I'd go somewhere people actually help. :) I've attached a picture of the GTA screen.

Restart your Router and/or Modem and then restart your PC once you got the connection back.

If the problem still persists, its probably a "routing problem", that your ISP will most likely be aware of and working on. If you cant wait you ofc can always call them and ask them whats wrong and what you can do. Some ISP's (like mine) you can basically just call, say you have a problem and need a technician, they just connect you to one and he will try to figure out whats wrong remotely, which in your case, should easily be do able.

Of course it could also be a virus or maleware that blocks certain IP's, I've also seen anti-virus systems do that.. because reasons.

So do a scan & disable your AV for testing

@Nord or quote me if you want me to reply back. I don't necessarily check back or subscribe to every topic.

Thanks. I had tried restarting my PC but nothing changed. The problem just sorted itself out though so I don't know what the issue was.
