Hi guys, i wana make my self a new pc and i don't know if water cooling with a single fain is enough for 3d renderings, do i need to get a bigger one ? i will do renderings and play games, but the games will ron on the 1070. Would a Corsair H60 120 mm  be enough ? Corsair H90 140 mm or Corsair H110 140mm ? tnx alot guys.

will it work... yes.. is it the best solution? no.. High end air coolers will work better. If you want to do liquid cooling, you would want to get a 240mm radiator with dual fans. The best out there right now is the EK Predator.

Yup, low-end watercooling with one fan won't be as good as a high end air cooler that will cost you about the same. Something like a Dark Rock 3 Pro or a Noctua NH-D15 would be miles better. You'll have to look at higher price point to get better performance than that with watercooling.
