Looking for 27" 1440p display !

hello ! im looking for a new display, and I have a few requirements..

it : 

Must have IPS
Must be 60hzmin

 

if possible g-sync

 

if possible less than 800$ cad (without g-sync obviously)

 

no 21:9 pls
