Which card would you guys recommend of these two? Price doesn't matter.

Totally depends on your color scheme. Both are good coolers.

My color scheme? So both cards are pretty much the same overclock wise and power wise?

I'd imagine very similar. I've had good experiences with my MSI GTX 970 so I would go for that (assuming a bold red works with your overall theme of your build). Also it has a backplate

It seems all 1070s can't go past 2.15GHz anyways and they'd both use the same amount of power.
