Just from the outset, I'm not asking for a guide, just customer reviews!

I've just gotten a One (praise the lord) and I want to know from people who have one and use custom roms, how do they compare to what's available?

Personally I'm really enjoying the stock HTC Rom, but there's a few things I am missing from my cyanogenmod! Just checking out what's out there, so thanks!

You could convert your One to a Google Edition, but if you're on 4.2 HTC patched the S-OFF exploit, so you can either unlock your phone via HTC Dev and manually flash each Google ROM from CWM, or just wait for a S-OFF.
