i just checked in us and canada store it says 3 to six weeks but also in canada store it says around november 5 also you can add it to your cart in the canada store so i don't know i just trying to find somewhere that sells it in the us and soon

It's banned in the US. Just like the H220. It's been out for months in Europe.

I think Ghost meant more of getting NCIX in trouble for selling a product that was pulled by Swiftech from sale in the US Market.
