Best Intel CPU for 1060?

E3s are basically underclocked i7s without onboard GPU, they are $40 cheaper than 6700 and nearly $90 cheaper than 6700K

They aren't as P/P as the 1231V3 (Haswell Refresh) but hey, pair it with the Asrock E3V5 OC board and you can OC it, overall it's not a bad choice

Xeons are server cpu's. They generally aren't as good at gaming on the higerr ends as a good i5 or i7 since they tend to have more cores but at a lower speed. The specific xeon mentioned is a really well priced one that competes with the i7 which is a lot more expensive (minus being able to OC)
