Help!!!

Hi i have been trouble shooting for 3 hours now and dont know what to do. Hopefully we have an expert here lol. So my internet sudenly stopped working still have signal to it but no internet. I can acess the ip of the router config but no other ip or domain. I reset both the modem and the router and tried two different fully reset and non reset routers still no luck. I have optimum/cablevision internet. My arris tm822 router has no light for link. The two routers i tried were a belkin f7d3302 and a netgear wndr3400. I tried connecting my pc directly to the modem with teo different cat 6 and cat 5e cables. I tried mutliple cables from the router to the modem no luck. Please help! My isp doesnt open till monday and my gaming cant wait

Can't do much if it's a service outage. Watch a movie or play an offline game.

Are you using DSL? If so, I would check if the line is damaged by making a call without the modem and see if it's goes through. If it does go through, you have a defective modem. Otherwise, something is wrong on the ISP's end.
