Build giving problems

Have a new build that just won't stop freezing! Any help would be welcomed!

 

specs:

AMD FX 9370

Gigabyte 990fx/ud3

hyper fury 4x 8gb dd3 ram

250gb SSD drive

gtx 950

in a Deepcool Genome Atx case with built in liquid cooling. 

Running windows 10? 

The temp according to the bios is not above 49c

 

what I'm I doing wrong here?

I have a tp-link pci card could this be the problem cause I took it out and it hasn't frozen yet but then I have not done anything yet!

Yeah I couldn't find my cable bag fixed all that this morning thought and put in the new drivers for the wireless internet pci card hoping that does it!

It's expensive at 249.00 but it comes with the liquid cooling built in so.
