That particular cx green isn't good. Go for the evga supernova non-NEX, any Seasonic/XFX non-XT or the new cx greys instead.

Both are good options, 550w is enough. Also, the i5 will bottleneck the gtx 1070, move up to an i7/xeon if possible.
