well this really depends on your budget. the case supports 240mm rads on top, so theoretically you couild throw a H100 in there. with that CPU though, you really don't need too big of a cooler. so maybe a 212evo?

Stock cooler is fine for that cpu, you could get the 212evo ir the 212X if you can fit it, although I prefer the Cryorig h7, the Bequiet Pure rock or the Scythe Kotetsu.

Cryorig h7 is the only one that available in my place

while the stock cooler is enough, it might be a bit loud when you're gaming or doing other heavy tasks on the CPU. What coolers are available in your country? can you get anything from BeQuiet! ?

I would just use the stock cooler.

Really not worth it to spend more imo

the cryorig h7 is availablehere  around Rp 450k (around $35)

Then that would be my recommendation. It should fit in your case with about 40mm clearance to spare. If you put it on a custom fan curve, it should keep your CPU nice and cool while also being much more silent than the stock cooler.

i have personally never heard of a case cooler. do you mean fans? because your case will come with it's own fans pre installed.
