(?) Best within budget wireless router/wired router/Isp phone router/modem

I want a around $100 router/modem (means i want one that does both) that has at least 3 out rj45 gigabits, 1 phone connector (isp), and has wireless. Wireless has to be good and has little interference with walls and works in a big house, needs to be able to handle metal objects nearby. I would also like MAC address self changing support so i can change my public ip if need be. I plan on running servers so i cant have ddosing scrubs.

 

If a router like this is a bit too expensive (say, $200+), do you have any suggestions for something i can build?  I know you can make pc's into modems and routers.
