So I saw this today (image below). This is the actual Youtube page. It looks super fake. Is some kind of malware or virus messing with my Chrome?

You don't have any antiviruses?

I do, and I have scanned. All clear. I use Malwarebytes and ESET. It looks like it might be a cookie issue, there is a guide explaining how to fix it:

Press sign in. It will open an browser tab. Look at the link. If you see an green lock and the adress starts with HTTPS,  it is safe

And mainly if the URL matches youtube.com. it can still be https if it's linking to a fake youtube site. HTTPS doesn't mean that it's safe. it just means that it's encrypted end-to-end. Typing your youtube account details into it will still give the phishers your details.

Pretty sure it is just cookies because the sign in link isn't a URL, but "forceReauth()".
