Do you have everything required connected to the card? Is the card slotted into the board properly? Is the card turning on?

Yes, i goes to the bios boot screen with is the Hp logo, and after ~40 seconds goes to a black screen with a blinking _

If you remove the card, does the PC boot like normal?

But I think the BIOS on your PC is the issue. Can you take a picture of the BIOS on your HP PC?

His is a HP Pavilion With a 4.3 GHz AMD A10 Processor, with r9 int. graphics

 And if you wait for me to restart my computer and take a couple pictures, i cant get them to you
