With Turboboost your GPU would always be OCing each time it's allowed to.

A stock GTX 970 has: Core clock:  1050mhz, 1178mhz boosted and 7 Ghz memory clock speed.

You are currently at: 7Ghz memory speed (you have to multiply the number there,'1753', by 4). However you are a couple mhz higher on the core clock.

I'd suggest installing MSI afterburner and dialing in manual settings.

Add some voltage using MSI Afterburner or something similar and see if stability increases.

yeah i see, do you have any idea how much i should add or something?

Increase the slider by ~10% initially. You can safely put it all the way up and be fine by the way.

thanks, i did +10 now i will try running some games again, its just when i play gta v and big games like that, the gpu turns off but the fans stays on. and everything else is running, i can still hear the music and stuffs, so when i reset it, it starts working again.

I said 10%, but not +10, but regardless. give it a shot.

What are your temperatures when playing GTA V?

btw should i keep my core clock to 1000? *look at the main post, there's a screenshot*

Do you want to overclock or just achieve stability? The card is already overclocking itself.
