My computer was working fine...ALL I did was restart to check something in BiOS and now I am getting no picture on my monitor and it random power offs (seems like during post).  I have tried to change my power cable, unplugged my SLI to use one card, plugged into the display power on my mobo...nothing.

What do I need to be checking...?

It is surge protected, I never got to the BiOS, monitor is like two weeks old and seems to be working fine....the only thing I am getting is the Acer monitor's splash screen....

what is "Acer  monitor's splash screen"?

if you did get a large electrical surge it may just be a damaged surge protector

Since you were messing around in the BIOS, you probably accidentally got something mis-configured.

Start by resetting the BIOS or get into the BIOS and "Load Defaults". If that clears things up, you can then go back and try whatever BIOS tweaks again.

A surge protector is a good idea. Sometimes powerline spikes can mes with BIOS settings.

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.

does you MoBo have video ports for integrated graphics? If it does take out the graphics cards and use that instead

try getting a new power cable

if you have a spare monitor try that

try a new graphics card to monitor connection (other than display port)

most likely the problem is you power supply or just one of the power supply cables

I have tried a new power cable, the integrated graphics, don't have a different monitor to try though it doesn't seem to be getting far enough for the monitor to matter, my monitor only has display port input (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009658&cm_re=acer_gsync-_-24-009-658-_-Product)
and at the moment anyway I only have the one cable.

So I have replaced psu cables, unplugged unnecessary cables, I only have my SSD plugged in (my HDDs are unplugged), I am starting to run out of ideas....I am still getting ran power offs and no display.  Have been paying attention to the codes as they go by on the mobo LED display....the power is not shutting off at the same time every time.  Should I be looking at RMAing my PSU?
