Bruh... no. You can't expect to upgrade a gpu on a pentium computer... or even run a 950 to its full potential

so what do you suggest that i must use on my Processor?

To upgrade to the future, you need to settle for a LGA 1151 Board. You'll need an i5 6400 - 6600 series processor, and a LGA 1151 mobo. That'll put you somewhere close to $300 dollars. You can still do with a i3 - skylake, and upgrade later in the future. Here's what I recommend...

Here's a 480 dollar build with an i5 and 950 -- and yes, you should get an i5 if possible (quad core is definitely better), or at least an i3

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/sqJznQ I understand not all these parts are available everywhere, but similar specs should do you good

Alright,  I will check those parts in my country, thank you for your help
