How to get WiFi on the go on tablets

So, I'd love to start playing Pokemon go but I can't as my phone (galaxy sII) cannot run it. My tablet (Hudl 2) runs it perfectly. Is there any way I can get WiFi in the go on my tablet?

My ISP (also mobile Provider) gives me 5GB for free, there are lots of cheap mobile subscriptions out there that give you free internet.

In the UK there are none, it's £10 for 500MB / mo here.
