Good thermal paste?

What would be a good thermal paste to use for my CPU? I don't want to go way overkill, especially on the price, I just want something reliable and good for the price, preferably non conductive. Is arctic silver 5 still the best?

most of the thermal pastes will do the job, don't expect huge temp differences in between them.

 

but yeah just go with artic mx4 preferably, lol

Well I don't think Arctic silver 5 is crap but I did hear that Arctic MX4 is good.
