HyperX mic is not working.

Hi all. 

Recently the mic of my HyperX Cloud 2 has stopped functioning correctly.

When I open the recordings tab of the headset microphone, I go to levels and see that I cannot alter the dB of the microphone. To see what I mean, go to your recording tab and click on the default microphone and go to levels. You can probably alter the dB of your mic. However mine is stuck at 0 dB. Anyway to fix this?

Nope. I've had this headset for awhile and all of the sudden it just stopped working. I didn't download anything and I tried this headset on another computer and the dB remained 0 unable to alter it.

switching the mic switch from mute to not mute? ahahaha

I've read a lot of people have had problems with their Cloud II's including myself. I know with me it's the dongle that got screwed up so it might be something with that.
