Windows 10 transfer question

Im selling my pre-built PC on ebay, i have some questions ill ask later but do any of you guys know if i can download windows 10 onto a flash drive or CD and to use it for another PC, so that i can clear the memory on my current SSD so that the purchaser will have a clean version of windows or will i have to buy another version of windows 10? (sorry for wording this so confusingly)

Also if you guys have any experience with selling pre-built PCs on ebay, is there anything i should look out for or rember while doing this?

No, windows 10 is tied to the motherboard.

you need to buy a new copy to use on a different PC.

You can get Microsoft to de-activate that copy of Windows on the PC, so you can re-use the key on a different system
