Motherboard fried?

So I was working on adding another fan to my system. When I plugged it in I heard a noise and now my computer won't turn on. I have the z97-e and I plugged it into chase fan 1 and now it won't boot. I don't know what to do now. Any help?

take off all your power connectors an just plug in the mother board keep the ram in remove the GPU unless you need it for display. unplug everything else then try turning it on.

Ok replace the card and make sure it is properly seated and the power connector is properly seated, then do the same for your fans and any thing else. Make sure you power off the system each time to go to connect something turn it off at the PSU.
