howdy Folks, im looking for LED light strip RBG with a control that can fit for behind a desk. is tehre any in Newegg canada? im in Canada if there anything near any website please let me know !

Usually getting kits like theses are a good option, and are powered off of a 12V wall adapter:

It just has a clear silicone type coating over it to protect the LED's usually it's not a bad idea as it's an extra layer of protection as it covers all the LED chips.

well if its on a desk you may want the waterproofing in case you spill or wipe your desk of with a damp rag
