I want to know your opinion on this build. I have HDD and I will add GPU in the future. It will be used for surfing and AutoCAD in the future.

If your willing to sacrifice DDR4 ram, you can probably go for a better performing amd equiv for less.

I would switch the PSU to this one, because it has the connectors needed for a 250W graphics card

Possibly, depending on the threadedness of CAD, but the FX don't have an iGPU

He said he'll use it for AutoCAD. Intel is the way to go here so he can utilize DDR4 as AutoCAD is a CPU and memory intensive program.

Do you have a SSD or just a HDD? 

 

Nothing wrong with your original parts-list.   Looks good.  But seriously consider a SSD.  If you're going to use a HDD and not a SSD, you may as well pull some Core2duo mobo/CPU/RAM out of the dumpster because HDDs are quite major limitations in overall performance.

That's fair, take the Intel then
