Hello,

I'm new to the community.

I've been trying to build/setup this new system for awhile now.

During OS (Win8.1 64bit) setup, it will freeze at any stages of the installation but when i did manage to finish the setup, it would still continue to freeze at any point i use it after the OS installation.

My main suspect will be the GPU because it froze showing graphic glitches before and the desktop background and some icons will be either be black or blanked. I try changing the theme and background but it won't change.

At first i thought it'd either be my PSU or motherboard but i replaced both and i still am having the same problem.

I literally can't do anything, i can't even install the hardware drivers. I did update bios and seemed to not help.

I just wanna know if its likely to be the graphics card, so i can get a replacement.

Here's a photo of the graphic bug thingy when it froze
