Right, having just upgraded my RAM, I’ve found that my hyper 212x conflicts with the heat spreaders of my dims. So I’m going to make the jump to an AIO. I need something that is compatible with LGA1150, and will fit in a Corsair air 540 (240/280/360mm). I have been looking at an EK predator 240 but found it too expensive. Thus I was going to get a Swiftech H240x2, but seemingly most of the ones that amazon UK sells leak (based on 7 of the 8 amazon reviews) and I can’t find it for sale anywhere else in the UK. So now I’m really stuck as all of the other AIO’s seem very similar and I’m having trouble differentiating between them.

So good people of LTT can you please help me as to which AIO I should invest in?

How about just put the 212X fan on the other side and have it pull air?

I can definitely recommend the Corsair H110i GTX as a very good AIO. However, from what I'm reading, the NZXT Kraken x61 seems to best the Corsair in almost every way except looks and price. I'd probably recommend the Kraken.

I will most likely not respond to you in a thread unless you quote me.

Which puts the fan opposite the rear exhaust, and working against it, creating a dead-zone inbetween. Its the config I've got at the moment but its sub optimal IMO.

Just turn the fan around :)

The performance difference between a fan pulling and pushing isn't big

I was under the impression that the H110i GTX was discontinued and replaced with the almost identical ever so slightly modified H115i.

I would personally prefer the H110i (Previously H110i GT) over the H115i.

I haven't seen any evidence that demonstrates a statistically significant difference between push and pull at all.
