So i bought new pc few months ago and i mostly played cs:go until now, but now i started playing some more intense games (NFS, Witcher 3) and when i play i have random fps drops from around 30-40 to 0 so game freezes for 2-3 seconds and then goes back as it was but it's really annoying and makes game unplayable. I don't know what is causing this so i need help (It's happening in both games). And usually i have around 150 fps in cs:go but it happens sometime that my fps goes down to 50 and it stays there like it's capped. And i tried changing the settings, now i am playing on high and fps is 30-35 and when i even if i set everything on low and turn off settings under "post processing" my fps doesn't change that much and drops are still happening.

PC Spec:
GPU: Gigabyte R7 360 OC
CPU: Intel Pentium G3260
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB

That's pretty low end, I'd say working as intended.

I don't think it's intended to drop from 30-40 to 0 every minut or 2 lol

Its a dual core cpu its falling behind and then your fps drops.
