Weird Question... Help please.

I recently got a free Vulcan journey tablet on newegg with the purchase of something. It came with Windows 10 32bit. I am building a PC soon and I would like to save money by using the tablet's key. If I were to do can I just download the 64 bit to a bootable device and use the tablet's 32 bit key? I would like to save money. Please tell me how to do this.
