Hey, so I had to RMA my MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard and when I got my new one I immediately put it back in my system. My system won't post anymore. I have done a clear CMOS 2x (By removing the battery), and have switched slots for my GPU. The MOBO LED's light up, and the GPU usage LED's light up, but the GPU fans don't spin up. Please help.

If it helps, they also send me a different model number board.I sent them a 601-7693-050 and got a 601-7693-040 back

Really?

It's more likely than you getting a defective RMA. EVGA G1 are crappy and it could have been the reason for your board's failure to begin with

Try a different PSU first. If it works - you can be sure it's the PSU. If it still doesn't work, try playing with the RAM

You think I could get it to post off of 4 pin CPU power?

Not sure. With that OC you may cause more harm than good.

It wont be OC'd because the OC is tied to the MOBO

Have you tried it with the card in the top slot? To me it doesn't seem like a PSU issue. It looks more like a graphics card issue. Or the board it self. Most PC shops will help you if they are of decent quality. You may have to too a few bucks there way but that's cheaper then paying for shipping on the wrong component.
