Heres my pc parts:

AMD athlon 760k CPU

GB f2a55m s1 MB

2x4 GB Kingston HyperX 1600 MHz RAM

600w Corsair PSU

NVIDIA GTX 960 2GB MSI gaming edition

2 HDDs (1st one is for the OS and programs 2nd is NAS)

Currently legit w10 64 bit

Here's the problem - no matter if i use it for crysis 3 or just for watching youtube at some random time it shows blue screen (for problem it says some critical struction error or something like that) and restarts - works fine for some time and then again crashesh. This is happening ever since i builded it ( 2 1/2 years ago) but got rly worse when i upgraded the GPU 1 year ago - before was 1 crash every 2-3 weeks and now can make 4-5 in a day.

During this time i have used it for mostly running multiple clients of 1 old game 24/7 but things hard like crysis and etc were rly rare used on it or just sitting without doing nothing. I have tried diferrent OS and drivers but that didnt fix it.  The HDD doesnt have bad sectors.  Also one important thing  - windows programs like amd overdrive and other say that the CPU runs at 50-60 degrees but while i watch these numbers the MB alarm starts for 70+ (got new thermalpaste and extra fan same thing).

One more thing  - i installed w10 after alot of raging last week and it got new problem  - before on w7 i could easily run Assassin's screed Cyndicate on high settings lag free and now on low has some pauses if i may call it like that (the whole game pauses for a secound or two and resumes after that) and this is not just while i play but also in cutscenes witch i bet isnt involved with the GPU performance at all

Any suggestions for troubleshooting or stability tests is appreciated!

What's the exact model of your PSU and when did you buy it ? If it was 2.5 years ago and if it is from the VS series, it might be dying and causing all your crashes. Those PSU are really bad and from what I saw, they never got past the 3 years mark so it might be the problem here.

CPU : i7 8700k @5GHz, GPU : ASUS GTX 1080 Ti STRIX, RAM : 2x8Go 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance, MB : ASUS Prime Z370-A, PSU : CM V850, Case :  NZXT S340, CPU Cooler : NZXT Kraken x62, Monitor : Acer Predator XB271HU 27" 1440p 165Hz, OS : Windows 10 Home 64 bits
