I'll need more info than that. Budget? Intended uses (gaming rig or workstation)? Peripherals needed? Monitors needed? OS needed?

i7 6700k

GTX 1080 x2 (SLI)

Samsung Pro 950 M.2

Samsung evo 850 pro RAID 0

Platinum dominator 3000MHz RAM

Z170 pro graming motherboard

EVGA super nova T2 1000W Titanium PSU

So with that build you won't have any problems with lagging when playing + recording + streaming + eating popcorn.

You did not say anything about budget, so I just went to what I think is the best for gaming right now xD

Intel i7 12700K | Gigabyte Z690 Gaming X DDR4 | Pure Loop 240mm | G.Skill 3200MHz 32GB CL14 | CM V850 G2 | RTX 3070 Phoenix | Lian Li O11 Air mini

Samsung EVO 960 M.2 250GB | Samsung EVO 860 PRO 512GB | 4x Be Quiet! Silent Wings 140mm fans

If it's okay with you, I'm gonna ask for you to reuse some parts - the DDR3 RAM and storage (SSD + HDD).

What I've gone for here is a hyperthreaded CPU, great for video editing and managing video clips. Overclock it on the Z97 motherboard with the Cooler Master Hyper 212X. The GTX 1070 will be a massive upgrade in performance and the PSU is a massive upgrade in quality.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($499.00 @ PCCaseGear)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X 82.9 CFM CPU Cooler  ($55.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Motherboard: MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($259.00 @ PCCaseGear)

Power Supply: XFX TS 650W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply  ($119.00 @ PCCaseGear)
