Hi,

My computer has recently been plagued with constant crashes, during a crash my computer just stops responding and no amount of waiting seems to solve the problem. When a crash happens another crash usually also happens within a few minutes of it. This was happening weekly before but now seems to be happening every few hours (Has happened 4 times today alone).

Im beginning to wonder if it needs to be sent back to the manufacturer as i have tried literally everything possible to fix the issue as well as reinstalling windows 10. Anyway any help that could possibly help me to fix my issue would be greatly appreciated

Specs for my computer

Have you checked the computer for dust? Dust is the leading cause for performance drops, and crashing. You may need a few cans of canned air, or if it's really that bad you will need to use an air compressor. You may also need to reapply some thermal compound for your cpu. You can find plenty of guides to these on YouTube.

Have you tried clearing the cmos? After you press the power button, press the delete key on your keyboard at a constant rate until you see a basic menu. scroll through the tabs until you reach the last one which gives you options like save changes and other stuff. You want to go to the one that will reset your motherboard settings, press enter, and that should fix your problem.
