How long will this system last?

I might put a gtx 1080 instead. How long will the system last and what is the upgradibilty? I would assume the 4790k and another gtx 1070/1080 would be the most for the system.

should work well in game for about 4-6 years.

That's a nice build, even 3rd to 2nd gen i7's are very strong, a 4770 is a great i7 and should do you fine for some years to come

What for? For accounting using Excel, fucking years. For playing Crysis 3 at 8K, probably not long.
