is this a good temp?

So just got my Gigabyte G1 1070 today and I am somewhat satisfied with it, for some reason it came out of the box with a 2,000Mhz OC. But anyway, I am wondering if 76 degrees is a safe temperature to run at for a GTX 1070 (I have fan speed locked at 40% and it could go a lot cooler but be louder)? thanks

pretty safe temp. i'd get concerned if the temp reaches the high 80s

I'm going to assume you meant 200Mhz overclock, in which case, yes. Set a manual fan curve if you can.

Okay, that's 200Mhz higher on the core clock. Temps are fine. I'd leave it as is.

I guess they're fine, although mine idles at 33 but I have the ASUS 1070 FE which has a base clock of 1506.
