OBS Help

So im wanting to get into streaming and ive downloaded OBS and its kind of confusing, does anyone know of a good video or place where I can just copy settings over?

You wont be able to stream and play on that cpu you have on any decent settings mate, you may have good enough internet but your cpu isnt up to par

Well I do know that I need to use the nvidia encoding for the streaming but Im not sure on the other settings.

I was thinking about GTAV, Rust, not really sure at the moment.

You have no chance streaming either of those games with your pc, maybe at 480p but thats pushing it mate, you really need to upgrade your cpu.

So I guess i'm stuck to using shadowplay then?

Shadowplay apparently doesnt give as big as a performance hit so maybe, whats your upload speed.
